Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Upper Division Clerks’ Grade of CSCS for the years 2004-2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.09 .2015 and reminder dated 04.11 .2015 , 20.11 .2015 , 26.11.2015, 04.12.2015, 08.12.2015, 11.12.2015. 17.12.2015 and 28.12.2015 on the subject mentioned above.
- The cadre units are once again requested to provide the following information immediately without further delay so that Select List of 2004-2014 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
a. DPCs have not conducted in respect of officials who were shifted to SL2004 from SL-2003(Annexure-I).
b. DPC not held due to various reasons for the SL of UDC for the years 2004 – 2014(Annexure-II)
c. Cadre units who have provided part information(Annexure-III)
