Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in Select List of Section Officers’ Grade of CSS for the years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota – regarding
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OMs of even number dated 25.09.2013 on the above mentioned subject and to say that the information regarding recommendation of the DPC for promotion of eligible officers to the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS for the Select List Years 2009, 2010 and 2011 against Seniority Quota was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by 15.10.2013. However, the information has been received from a very few Cadre Units only till date.
- The delay in sending the requisite information by the Cadre Units is adversely affecting the cadre management in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS and this Department is not in a position to fill up vacancies in the Grade in various cadre units.

In view of the above, the defaulting Cadre Units are once again requested to expedite the requisite information in the prescribed proforma latest by 15.01.2014 to enable this Department to finalize the Select Lists for these years.
