Subject: Zone of consideration for inclusion in the Select List of Upper Division Clerks’ Grade of CSCS for the years 2004-2014 against Seniority Quota-regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 30.09 .2015 and reminder dated 04.11 .2015,20.11 .2015, 26.11 .2015,04.12 .2015,08.12 .2015,11.12 .2015 .17 .12 .2015,28.12 .2015 and 05.01 .2016 on the subject mentioned above.
- The cadre units are once again requested to provide the following information immediately without further delay so that Select List of 2004-2014 of UDC Grade may be finalized.
a. DPCs have not conducted in respect of officials who were shifted to SL2004 from SL-2003(Annexure-I).
b. DPC not held due to various reasons for the SL of UDC for the years 2004 – 2014(Annexure-II)
