Withdrawal of Transfer Order – Shri Rajesh Budgujjar

ORDER

Whereas an order was issued on 20.11 .2015 for transfer of Shri Rajesh Budgujjar, Under Secretary from Ministry of Consumer Affairs to Ministry of Home Affairs in relaxation of rotational transfer policy.
2. Whereas Shri Rajesh Budgujjar made a representation dated 24.11.2015 requesting for withdrawal of the order dated 20.11.2015 and for issue of a revised order.
3. Whereas the request of the officer was considered by this Department and he was also personally heard on 15.2.2016.
4. Now, therefore, the order dated 20.11 .2015 is hereby withdrawn, however, Shri Rajesh Budgujjar will continue to remain posted in Ministry of Home Affairs from the date of his reporting in that Ministry as approved by the competent authority.
