The Department of Personnel & Training has withdrawn its Office Memorandum dated 11.12.2018, which previously advised caution when handling documents submitted by officers of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS). This withdrawal is effective immediately and applies to all Ministries and Departments, communicated through the Department’s website. Essentially, the previous caution advisory is no longer in effect.
