Subject: Web Based software solution for Cadre Management System of CSS Maintenance of APARs for the year 2012-13 onwards – reg.
The undersigned is directed to invite attention to this Department’s OM of even number dated 14.03.2013 (available on DoPT’s website) on the subject noted above.
2. The APAR monitoring system, which is a part of web based Cadre Management system, is being put in place for APAR for 2012-13 onwards. The Nodal Officers in the Ministries/Departments are requested to ensure that while making relevant entries with regard to writing and recording of APARs in the software, the scanned copy of the APARs are also uploaded before sending it to DoPT.
