OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Vigilance Status and Major/Minor Penalty Certificate in respect of Private Secretary of CSSSreg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OMs of even number dated 08.04.2022, 19.04.2022 and subsequent reminder dated 05.05.2022 on the above mentioned subject and to say that this Department has not received vigilance and major/minor penalty status in the proforma i.r.o. 69 officers as at Annexure.
- The concerned cadre units are once again requested to provide complete details, as requested, strictly in the PROFORMA enclosed by 20.05.2022 to this Division at email id: bhagirathjha.68@gov.in to enable this Department to send the complete proposal to competent authority for drawing the panel of PPS for SLY-2017 at the earliest.
