This circular addresses the frequent requests from Ministries and Departments to verify the results of All India Civil Services Tournaments. The Department of Personnel & Training has clarified that results are already uploaded and verified on their website (www.dopt.gov.in) under the Notifications-O.M.s and Orders-Sports-All India Civil Services Tournaments section, making further verification unnecessary. Ministries/Departments and players are directed to utilize the website for results and to resolve pending requests accordingly.

CIRCULAR
Subject: – Verification of All India Civil Services results-regarding
It has been observed that many Ministries/Departments are sending large number of requests to verify the results of winners of All India Civil Services Tournaments for award of increment to them.
2. To obviate the need of such verification it was decided by the Board to upload the results of AICS Tournaments conducted under the aegis of CCSCSB on the website of this Department. However, the Board is still receiving a large number of requests for verification of results despite the fact that those results are available on the website of this Department.
3. It is informed that the results uploaded on the website of this Department are authentic and verified and further verification is not required on the same.
4. All Ministries/Departments requesting verification/confirmation of AICS results may visit this Departments website at www.dopt.gov.in-Notifications-O.M.s and Orders-Sports-All India Civil Services Tournaments. The pending requests/confirmations may also be resolved accordingly.
