This includes updating records as per the enclosed annexure and furnishing the vigilance status of retired officers. The annexure lists officers with their details, including date of birth, category, and current posting.

The undersigned is directed to say that in order to complete the records of the officers as per the enclosed Annexure, their latest vigilance status may be updated in Web Based Cadre Management System of CSS and a confirmation in this regard communicated to this Department latest by 31.03.2022. The vigilance status in respect of the retired officers may also be furnished.
