Subject: Updation of Common Seniority List of Private Secretary of CSSS after including the SLYs 2012, 2013 & 2014 – circulation of draft- regarding.
The undersigned is directed to circulate herewith Draft Common Seniority List of Private Secretary of CSSS after including the Select Lists for the Years 2012, 2013 & 2014. It may be noted that the CSL of PS after including Select list upto 2011 has already been issued vide this Department’s O.M No. 3/9/2014-CS.II(A) dated 31/08/2015.
- Common Seniority List of PS Grade by including the Select Lists for the Years 2012 to 2014 has been prepared on the basis of Cadre Seniority List of Private Secretary (PS) grade of CSSS by interpolating the PS of SQ along with the merit list of LDCE quota in the ratio of 2:1 i.e. 66.66% SQ & 33.33% LDCE in accordance with the provisions of the CSSS Rules, 2010.
- Cadre Units are requested to circulate the Draft Common Seniority List to all the concerned officers and factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be brought to the notice of this Department immediately.

Cadre Units are also requested to furnish the details regarding date of regular appointment in the grade of PS to this Department which are not available with this Department in respect of some officers and have been indicated by * mark in the Annexure along with any inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, within 15 days of the issuance of this OM i.e. by 30th June, 2019 to enable this Department to finalize the seniority list accordingly.
