Subject: Updation of Common Seniority List of Private Secretary of CSSS upto Select List Year 2008 and circulation of draft CSL for the SLY 2009, 2010 & 2011 as on 01.07.2014 – reg.
Reference is invited to this Department’s OM of even number dated 30.07.2014 followed by reminders dated 29.04.2015, 24.06.2015 and 07.07.2015 on the subject mentioned above. Cadre Units of CSSS were requested to circulate the Draft Common Seniority List to all the concerned officials and bring the factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, to the notice of this Department. Cadre Units were also requested to furnish the details regarding date of regular appointment in the grade of PS, which were not available with this Department.
- The information in respect of a few officials is still awaited from some of the Cadre Units despite several reminders and have been indicated by asterisk (*) mark in the Annexure. Cadre Units are therefore, requested to furnish the information immediately to enable this Department to finalize the seniority list accordingly without further delay.
- The concerned officials are also requested to take necessary action in their own interest to expedite the submission of the requisite information by their respective Cadre units to this Department.
