Subject: Updating the database / records of CSS Officers – Furnishing of vigilance clearance, etc. – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 24.01.2018 seeking ACRs / APARs along with vigilance as well as statement of minor / major penalties etc. in respect of Section Officers upto SOSL-2008. Vigilance status received from Ministries / Departments are more than three months old.

1. In order to further updation of the database / records of the officers as per the Annexure, their vigilance status as well as statement of minor / major penalties (in Proforma), if any, imposed in the last 10 years may be made available, latest by 31.05.2018.
