OFFICE MEMORANDUM

Subject: Updating the database / records of Section Officers of CSS cadre Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, etc. – regarding.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number, dated 24.01.2018 and subsequent reminder dated 12.02.2018 on the subject noted above and to say that all the concerned Ministries / Departments were requested to send the original ACRs / APARs of Section Officers up to 2016-2017 along with vigilance status as well as statement of minor / major penalties, if any, in as per Annexure of the said O.M. On review of the status, it was found that Vigilance and penalty status in respect of the officers indicated in the enclosed Annexure are still pending. Ministries / Departments concerned are once again requested to furnish the requisite information latest by 28.02.2018.
2. All the concerned Ministries / Departments are also requested to send the original ACRs / APARs up to 2016-2017 in respect of the officers as mentioned in DoPT’s O.M. of even number dated 24.01.2018, at the earliest, if the same has not already been sent.
