Subject: Updating the database / records of Section Officers of CSS cadre – Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, etc. – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number, dated 18.05.2018 on the subject noted above and to say that all the concerned Ministries / Departments were requested to send the original ACRs / APARs of Section Officers up to 2016-2017 along with vigilance status as well as statement of minor / major penalties, if any, as per Annexure of the said O.M. The requisite information in respect of the officers indicated in the enclosed Annexure are still pending. Ministries / Departments concerned are requested to furnish the requisite information latest by 12.06.2018.
- All the concerned Ministries / Departments are also requested to send the original ACRs / APARs up to 2016-2017 in respect of the officers as mentioned in DoPT’s O.M. of even number dated 18.05.2018, at the earliest, if the same has not already been sent.
