Subject: Updating the database / records of CSS Officers – Furnishing of CR dossiers, vigilance clearance, etc. – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 24.01.2018 on the subject noted above and to say that the Ministries / Departments concerned were requested to send the ACRs / APARs up to 2016-2017 along with vigilance status as well as statement of minor / major penalties, if any, in respect of the officers as mentioned in Annexure of the said O.M. latest by 02.02.2018. The requisite information in respect of the officers as mentioned in the enclosed Annexure is still pending. Ministries / Departments concerned are once again requested to furnish the requisite information latest by 16.02.2018.
