G.S.R…….- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Union Public Service Commission Junior Accounts Officer, Group ‘B’ post Recruitment Rules, 2000, namely:-
- (1) These rules may be called the Union Public Service Commission Junior Accounts Officer, Group ‘B’ Post Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2006.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Schedule to the Union Public Service Commission Junior Accounis Officer, Group ‘B’ post Recruitment Rules, 2000, in column 14, for the existing entry, the following entry shall be substituted name!y:-
“Consultation with Union Public Service Commission necessary for amendment or relaxation of any provisions of these rules”
