सा.का.नि. 398(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) दूसरा संशोधन विनियम, 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 की अनुसूची 2 में मद (19ज(घ)) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात् :–
“(19ज)(घ) राष्ट्रीय भारत परिवर्तन संस्था आयोग में फ्लैक्सी पूल और ज्ञान तथा नवाचार केंद्र में संयुक्त सलाहकार (वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 13) या उप सलाहकार (वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 12) के उनतालीस पदों और ज्येष्ठ अनुसंधान अधिकारी (वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 11) या अनुसंधान अधिकारी (वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 10) या आर्थिक अधिकारी (वेतन मैट्रिक्स में स्तर 7) के बहत्तर पदों के संबंध में भर्ती करने के लिए।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th June, 2021
G.S.R. 398(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
- Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation), Second Amendment, Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule II, for item ( $19 \mathrm{H}(\mathrm{D})$ ), and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
“(19 H (D)) For filling up thirty-nine posts of Joint Adviser (level 13 in the pay-matrix) or Deputy Adviser (level 12 in the pay-matrix); and seventy-two posts of Senior Research Officer (level 11 in the pay-matrix) or Research Officer (level 10 in the pay-matrix) or Economic Officer (level 7 in the pay-matrix) under Flexi Pool and Knowledge and Innovation Hub in the National Institution for Transforming India Aayog.”
