सं. का.नि. 472(अ).— राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :—
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ—(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) दूसरा संशोधन विनियम, 2019 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 की अनुसूची 2 में मद (10) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और प्रविष्टियां अंत:स्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात् :—
“11. कारपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय के अधीन गंभीर कपट अन्वेषण कार्यालय में प्रतिनियुक्ति के आधार पर – (i) अपर निदेशक या संयुक्त निदेशक (अन्वेषण), (ii) अपर निदेशक या संयुक्त निदेशक (वित्तीय संच्यवहार), (iii) अपर निदेशक या संयुक्त निदेशक (पूंजी बाजार), (iv) अपर निदेशक या संयुक्त निदेशक (अपराध विज्ञान संपरीक्षा), (v) उपनिदेशक (कारपोरेट विधि), (vi) उपनिदेशक (बैंकिंग), (vii) उपनिदेशक (अन्वेषण), (viii) उपनिदेशक (अपराध विज्ञान संपरीक्षा), (ix) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (बैंकिंग), (x) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (पूंजी बाजार), (xi) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (अपराध विज्ञान संपरीक्षा), (xii) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (कारपोरेट विधि), (xiii) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (कराधान), (xiv) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (सीमा शुल्क और केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क), (xv) ज्येष्ठ सहायक निदेशक (अन्वेषण),
(xvi) सहायक निदेशक (विधि), (xvii) सहायक निदेशक (अन्वेषण), और (xviii) ज्येष्ठ अभियोजक के पदों को भरने के लिए चालू भर्ती चक्र को पूरा करने के लिए एक बार की छूट।” [फा. सं. 39018/01/2019-म्बा.(ख)]

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th July, 2019
G.S.R. 472(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
- Short title and commencement.-(1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation), Second Amendment, Regulations, 2019.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in ScheduleII, after item (10) and the entries relating thereto, the following item and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
“11. One time exemption, to complete the current recruitment cycle of selection for filling up the posts of – (i) Additional Director or Joint Director (Investigation), (ii) Additional Director or Joint Director (Financial Transaction), (iii) Additional Director or Joint Director (Capital Market), (iv) Additional Director or Joint Director (Forensic Audit), (v) Deputy Director (Corporate Law), (vi) Deputy Director (Banking), (vii) Deputy Director (Investigation), (viii) Deputy Director (Forensic Audit), (ix) Senior Assistant Director (Banking), (x) Senior Assistant Director (Capital Market), (xi) Senior Assistant
