सा.का.नि. 678(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात्:-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभः-(1) इस विनियम का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट), चौथा संशोधन, विनियम, 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू होंगे।
- संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 में, अनुसूची-I में, मद (27) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों को अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: –
“(28) नागर विमानन मंत्रालय के अधीन नागर विमानन महानिदेशालय (डीजीसीए) फ्लाइट आपरेशन इंस्पेक्टर (एफओआई) का पद”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 29th September, 2021
G.S.R. 678(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission(Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
- Short title and commencement:- (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation), Fourth Amendment, Regulations, 2021.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
- In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule-I, after item (27) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
“(28) Post of Flight Operations Inspector (FOI) in Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) under the Ministry of Civil Aviation”.
