सा.का.नि. 834(अ).—राष्ट्रपति, संविधान के अनुच्छेद 320 के खंड (3) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाते हैं, अर्थात् :-
- संक्षिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ-(1) इन विनियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) पाँचवा संशोधन विनियम, 2021 है।
(2) ये राजपत्र में उनके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे।
- संघ लोक सेवा आयोग (परामर्श से छूट) विनियम, 1958 की अनुसूची 2 में मद (8) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात् :-
“8(क) केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरों के दिल्ली विशेष पुलिस स्थापना में उप पुलिस अधीक्षक के 10 पद, प्रतिनियुक्ति (जिसमें अल्प कालिक संविदा सम्मिलित है) द्वारा भरने के एक भर्ती चक्र को पूरा करने के लिए जून, 2021 के रिक्ति परिपत्र के विरुद्ध छूट।”

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th November, 2021
G.S.R 834(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of article 320 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Union Public Service Commission(Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, namely:-
- Short title and commencement:- (1) These regulations may be called the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Fifth Amendment Regulations, 2021
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Union Public Service Commission (Exemption from Consultation) Regulations, 1958, in Schedule-II, after item (8) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be inserted, namely:-
” $8(\mathrm{~A})$ exemption to complete one recruitment cycle to fill up ten posts of Deputy Superintendent of Police by deputation (including short term contract) in Delhi Special Police Establishment, Central Bureau of Investigation against vacancy circular of June, 2021″.
