With the approval of Competent Authority, Shri Sitaram Yadav, CSL No. 5640-A, Deputy Secretary, is hereby transferred from Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities and posted to Central Vigilance Commission in terms of para 14(e) of Rotational Transfer Policy applicable to CSS officers (refer DOPT O.M No. 21/2/2009CS.I(P) dt. 07.10.2016) with immediate effect and until further orders.
