ORDER

Orders were issued vide DoPT’s order of even number dated 6.8.2014 for the transfer of Shri Pradhan Rajesh Kumar Sinha, US of CSS (CSL No.8072) from Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and posting him to Department of Personnel \& Training.
2. Shri Sinha has not yet reported for duty in DoPT in compliance of aforesaid order.
3. DoPT is the cadre controlling authority for CSS Officers and in terms of Rule 19 of CSS Rules, DoPT shall be competent authority to transfer a CSS Officer and it shall be the duty of the concerned Ministry to relieve the officer within 45 days of issue of transfer order. If an officer is not relieved within 45 days, the officer shall be deemed to have been relieved and thereafter the officer shall not be entitled to draw salary from the Ministry.
4. It is more than 45 days since issue of the transfer order and Shri Sinha has not been relieved to join DoPT.
5. In terms of aforesaid rule provision, Shri Pradhan Rajesh Kumar Sinha, US is deemed to have been relieved w.e.f. the afternoon of 26.9 .2014 from the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways and he is directed to report to Department of Personnel \& Training forthwith.
6. Failure to comply with this order will make him liable for action as deemed fit.
7. This issues with the approval of the competent authority in this Department.
