ORDER
Shri Ashok Kumar Singh (CSL No.7839), Under Secretary is transferred from Department of Disinvestment and posted to Ministry of New and Renewable Energy with immediate effect and until further orders.. He was under suspension w.e.f. 11.05.2015 till 08.08.2015 and suspension was deemed to have been revoked w.e.f. 09.08.2015. The period w.e.f. 09.08.2015 till 15.09.2015 is treated as ‘Compulsory Wait’ and the pay and other allowances for this period will be paid to the officer by the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy where he is now posted.
