Transfer Order of 64 Under Secretaries

This document details the transfer of 64 Under Secretaries as per the Rotational Transfer Policy of CSS Officers, notified on 16.7.2015. ORDER

In terms of Rotational Transfer Policy of CSS Officers notified on
16.7.2015, transfer of 64 Under Secretaries is hereby ordered as given in
Annexure-I.

  1. The Officers will report to the allocated Ministry/ Department by
    31.8.2015. In this regard, attention is invited to para 22.2 of the RTP in terms
    of which officer concerned stands relieved immediately with the issue of the
    transfer order by this Department and he/she will be required to join the
    allocated Ministry/Department on the first working day of the following week.
    The onus to join the allocated Ministry/Department on the basis of order issued
    by this Department will be on the officer concerned and failure to do so may
    attract punitive action by this Department. It will also be incumbent upon the
    Ministry/Department and the officer concerned not to draw salary beyond the
    stipulated date.

  2. Ministries/Departments and Officers concerned are directed to comply
    with the transfer orders strictly. No request for retention of any of the
    officers in the existing Ministries/Departments shall be entertained. Copy of the
    relieving orders and joining reports should be sent to this Department at the
    earliest.

  3. A copy of this order may be served on the officers concerned for their
    information and compliance.

  4. Transfer of these officers has been reflected in the web based cadre
    management system at cscms.nic.in to enable updation of their relieving/
    joining details.
