(2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा छत्तीसगढ़ और उत्तराखण्ड सरकार की सहमति से सुश्री स्वाति श्रीवास्तव, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (सीजीः12) को श्री नितिन सिंह भदौरिया, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (यूकेः11) से विवाह करने के आधार पर छत्तीसगढ़ संवर्ग से उत्तराखण्ड संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
