In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Assam \& Meghalaya and Jharkhand, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Rajesh Singh, IAS (AM:07) from Assam Meghalaya Cadre to Jharkhand cadre on the basis of PH (Physically Handicapped) Policy dated 14.02.2014.
