This document details the inter-cadre transfer of Shri Laxman Tiwari, an IAS officer of the 2021 batch from the Chhattisgarh cadre, to the Bihar cadre. This transfer is based on his marriage to Ms. Divyanjali Jayswal, an IPS officer of the 2022 batch from the Bihar cadre. The transfer is executed under the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Chhattisgarh and Bihar state governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा छत्तीसगढ़ और बिहार की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केंद्र सरकार, एतदद्वारा श्री लक्ष्मण तिवारी, आईएएस (सीजी:2021) को श्रीमती दिव्यांजलि जायसवाल, आईपीएस (बीएच:2022) से विवाह के आधार पर, छत्तीसगढ़ संवर्ग से बिहार संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
