बिहार तथा मध्य प्रदेश सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतदवारा श्री गिरीश कुमार मिश्रा, भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (बीएच:13) को उनके सुश्री मीना कुमारी मिश्रा, भारतीय वन सेवा (एमपी:11) से विवाह करने के आधार पर बिहार संवर्ग से मध्य प्रदेश संवर्ग में स्थानांतरित करती है।
