OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Transfer of Section Officers under Rotational Transfer Policy (RTP) for the year 2018regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s Order of even number dated 09.08.2019 on the subject mentioned above, vide which 211 Section Officers were transferred under Rotational Transfer Policy (RTP).
2. The transferred officers were to report to their allocated Ministry/Department by 13.08.2019 in accordance with Para 22.2 of the Rotational Transfer Policy. However, it has been observed that the status of implementation of RTP order dated 09.08.2019 is very dissatisfactory and discouraging as per the inputs received from Ministries/Departments till date.
3. The Ministries/Departments are once again requested to relieve the officers immediately and send a copy of the relieving orders and joining reports to this Department preferably either by fax at 24624046 or email at uses1-dopt@nic.in.
4. This may be treated as IMMEDIATE.
