In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules 1954, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms Nidhi, IAS(WB:2013) from West Bengal cadre to AGMUT cadre on the grounds of marriage to Shri Devesh Kumar Mahla, IPS(AGMUT:2012) w.e.f. $20^{\text {th }}$ October, 2021 in compliance of the order dated 12.10.2021 of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in Cont. Case (C) No. 293/2021.
