ORDER

Transfer of the under mentioned Joint Secretaries (In-situ) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) are ordered with immediate effect under the Rotational Transfer Policy of CSS officers:

  1. All the Ministries/Departments concerned are requested to comply with the transfer orders strictly. Attention is also invited to Rule 19 of CSS Rules, 2009 (Notification dated 15.9.2010), in terms of which an officer is required to be relieved within 45 days of issue of transfer orders by this Department and the officer is not entitled to draw pay and allowances from the office where he/she is currently posted beyond this period.
  2. No request for retention of the officers in the existing Ministries/Departments shall be entertained. Copies of the relieving order and joining report should be sent to this Department at the earliest.4. A copy of this order may be served on the officers concerned for compliance.
