भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा आन्ध्र प्रदेश और छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य की सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार सुश्री प्रतिष्ठा ममर्गन, आईएएस (आन्ध्र प्रदेश:2018) को श्री संबित मिश्रा, आईएएस (छत्तीसगढ़:2018) के साथ विवाह के आधार पर आन्ध्र प्रदेश संवर्ग से छत्तीसगढ़ संवर्ग में एतद्द्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
