भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 का उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा ओडिशा और कर्नाटक राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से केंद्र सरकार, एतदवारा श्री पाटिल भुवनेश देवीदास, आईएएस (ओडिशा:2018) को सूची गरिमा पवार, आईएएस (कर्नाटक:2018) से विवाह करने के आधार पर इनका स्थानांतरण ओडिशा संवर्ग से कर्नाटक संवर्ग में करती है।
