भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा मणिपुर एवं पश्चिम बंगाल राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार श्री विष्णु दास, आईएएस (मणिपुर:2020) को सुश्री ऐश्वर्या सागर, आईपीएस (पश्चिम बंगाल:2017) से विवाह करने के आधार पर मणिपुर संवर्ग से पश्चिम बंगाल संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानांतरित करती है।
