NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules 1954, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Tushar Singla, IAS (WB:2015) from West Bengal cadre to Bihar cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Navjot Simi, IPS (BH:2018) w.e.f. 01.11.2022 in compliance of the order dated 31.08.2022 of Ld. Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 1487/2021.
