भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं राजस्थान और पश्चिम बंगाल की राज्य सरकारों की सहमति से, केन्द्र सरकार एतदद्वारा सुश्री तेजस्वी राणा, आईएएस (राजस्थान:2017) को श्री अभिषेक गुप्ता, आईपीएस (पश्चिम बंगाल:2016) से विवाह करने के आधार पर राजस्थान संवर्ग से पश्चिम बंगाल संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
