The central government has approved the transfer of Smt. Ilakkiya S., an IAS officer of the Kerala cadre (2017 batch), to the Andhra Pradesh cadre. This transfer is based on her marriage to Shri Pravin Aditya, an IAS officer of the Andhra Pradesh cadre (2017 batch), with the consent of both the Kerala and Andhra Pradesh state governments. The order is issued under the provisions of Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954.
