This notification announces the transfer of Ms. Sharanjeet Kaur Brar, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Rajasthan cadre (ranking 09), to the Haryana cadre. The transfer is effective immediately and is based on her marriage to Mr. Ashwin, an Indian Police Service (IPS) officer from the Haryana cadre (ranking 06). The decision was made by the Central Government using powers granted under Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the consent of both the Rajasthan and Haryana state governments.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदन्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राजस्थान और हरियाणा की सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री शरणदीप कौर बरार, भा.प्र. से. (राजस्थान : 09) को, श्री अश्विन, भा.पु.से. (हरियाणा : 06) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर, राजस्थान संवर्ग से हरियाणा संवर्ग में एतदद्वारा स्थानान्तरित करती है !
