In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Odisha and Karnataka, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Patil Bhuvanesh Devidas, IAS (OR:2018) from Odisha cadre to Karnataka cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Garima Panwar, IAS (KN:2018).
