In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Nagaland and West Bengal the Central Government hereby transfers Shri P. Ulaganathan, IAS (NL:2006) from the IAS Cadre of Nagaland to the IAS cadre of West Bengal on the ground of severe physical handicap.
