In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Kushal Jain, IAS (AP:2022) from Andhra Pradesh cadre to Maharashtra cadre on grounds of marriage to Smt. Vrushti Jain, IPS (MH:2022).
