This notification announces the transfer of Ms. Shilpa Shinde, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from the Rajasthan cadre (batch 2006), to the AGMUT cadre (batch 2008). This transfer is based on her marriage to Mr. Sachin Shinde, also an IAS officer, and is made under the powers conferred by Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, with the concurrence of the Rajasthan Government and the Ministry of Home Affairs. The order was issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India, on August 8, 2011, and is intended for publication in the Gazette of India, Part I, Section 2.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा राजस्थान सरकार और गृह मंत्रालय की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, सुश्री शिल्पा शिल्दे, भा०प्र०से० (राज.: 06) का श्री सचिन शिल्दे, भा०प्र०से० (एजीएमयूटी : 08) के साथ विवाह होने के आधार पर, राजस्थान संवर्ग से एजीएमयूटी संवर्ग में स्थानांतरण करती है।
