The Government of India has approved the transfer of Mr. Rohit Meena, IAS (KL:2014), from the Kerala cadre to the Uttarakhand cadre based on his marriage to Mrs. Neha Meena, IAS (UK:2016). This decision utilizes the powers vested under Rule 5(2) of the Indian Administrative Service (Recruitment) Rules, 1954, and has been made with the consent of both the Kerala and Uttarakhand governments. The notification was issued by the Department of Personnel and Training on January 19, 2017.

केन्द्र सरकार, एतदवारा भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) नियमावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और केरल और उत्तराखण्ड सरकारों की सहमति से भी रोहित मीणा, आईएएस (के.एन : 2014) को श्रीमती नेहा मीणा, आईएएस (यू.के. : 2016) से विवाह करने के आधार पर केरल संवर्ग से उत्तराखण्ड संवर्ग मे स्थानांतरण करती है।
