NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and in the light of the order dated 22.07.2021 of Hon’ble CAT, Principal Bench at New Delhi in O.A. No. 885 of 2021 as upheld by Hon’ble High Court of Delhi in WP(C) No. 9190 of 2021 vide order dated 27.08.2021, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Reena Joshi, IAS (WB:2013) from West Bengal cadre to Uttarakhand cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Chandra Shekhar Joshi, IFS (UK:2012).
