NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Sikkim and Uttar Pradesh, the Central Government hereby transfers Mr. Ravindra Kumar, IAS (SK:11) from Sikkim cadre to Uttar Pradesh cadre on grounds of marriage to Mrs. Diksha Bhandari, IFS (UP:13).
