In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, and with the concurrence of the Governments of Uttrarakhand and the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Central Govt. hereby transfers Shri Ravi Jha, IAS (UK:11) from Uttarakhand cadre to AGMUT cadre on the ground of marriage to Ms Isha Khosla, IAS (AGMUT:11).
