NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the Governments of Kerala and West Bengal, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Randhir Kumar, IAS (KL:2006) from the IAS Cadre of Kerala to the IAS cadre of West Bengal with immediate effect on the ground of marriage to Ms. Rashmi Kamal, IAS (WB:2006).
