In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Tripura and Haryana, the Central Government hereby transfers Shri Rahul Modi, IAS (TR:2020) from Tripura cadre to Haryana cadre on grounds of marriage to Ms. Deepti Garg, IPS(HY:2020).
