This notification announces the transfer of Shri Ningthoujam Jafri, an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer (AGMUT: 07), from the Assam-Meghalaya cadre to the Manipur-Tripura cadre. The transfer is made in accordance with the current North-Eastern policy and is effective under the provisions of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954. This order is issued by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.

भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा (संवर्ग) लियभावली, 1954 के नियम 5 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए तथा असम, मेघालय, मणिपुर और त्रिपुरा की सरकारों की सहमति से केन्द्र सरकार, श्री निंगथोजाम जेफरी, भा.प्र. से. (एएम : 07) को, असम-मेघालय संवर्ग से मणिपुर-त्रिपुरा संवर्ग (मणिपुर खण्ड) में पूर्वोत्तर संबंधी वर्तमान नीति के अंतर्गत एतदद्वारा स्थानान्तरित करती है ।
