In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (2) of Rule 5 of the Indian Administrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954 and with the concurrence of the State Governments of Jharkhand and Gujarat, the Central Government hereby transfers Ms. Nidhi Siwach, IAS (JH:2019) from Jharkhand cadre to Gujarat cadre on grounds of marriage to Shri Ram Niwas Bugalia, IAS (GJ:2019).
